However if you are having a problem, the frequently asked questions listed below for your product may help you find the cause. If you don't find the answer to your question here or need to request parts, please contact our customer service department and we will be happy to assist you.

3. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ASSEMBLE A DESK?

Moderate assembly is required for the desk and we provide assembly instructions with each desk frame. We recommend assembling the desk with a friend. The assembly process usually takes around 30 minutes from start to finish.

4. WHERE CAN I FIND PDF’S OF THE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS AND TROUBLESHOOTING?

Every purchase will come with an assembly booklet. You can also get the PDF version here.

5. CAN I USE MY OWN DESKTOP?

You are able to use any desktop you prefer as long as the table is drillable. 

6. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive logistics documents with tracking information provided. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before movement is reflected on the travel history.

7. HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

8. HOW DO I CHANGE QUANTITIES OR CANCEL AN ITEM IN MY ORDER?

9. GENERAL RETURN INFO

Hassle-free 30 day free return policy.
We offer a 30 day risk free returns on all our electric standing desks in their original packaging. As long as you return your item to us in new condition in the original packaging, we will refund you in full. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We're unable to accept returns on the following purchases:
- Bulk Orders
- Missing or damaged parts or packaging

10. HOW DO I RETURN AN ELECTRIC STANDING DESK?

All returns must be approved by us within 30 days. Just send us an email or on Alibaba live chat and we will assist you through the process.

11. WARRANTY

IS THERE A WARRANTY ON DESKS?
We have an all-inclusive 3 year warranty on all frame components, including motors and electronics.

12. Guidelines

Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only.
We will repair or replace any parts deemed defective.

13. WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

MingMing Standing Desk Frame itself, including the electric motors, control box, and handset.
Performance according to published specifications.
Any defective parts that malfunction within the 3 years.

14. WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

Normal wear and tear of the Desk Top or paint finish on the Desk Frame.
Any damages or malfunctions in the product caused by repairs, or attempted repairs, performed by anyone not affiliated with or authorized by MingMing Standing Desk Any product that has been damaged by or subjected to misuse, abnormal handling or impact.
Improper assembly or disassembly.

Any modification to the frame or electrical components.
